Liaising between publishing clients and our internal production teams, we’re looking for someone who thrives on giving great customer care and has a high level of commitment and attention to detail necessary for working in a fast-paced environment

Working as part of our friendly team, you will need:

• strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• first class planning and levels of organisation;
• excellent telephone manner and keyboard skills.

Previous experience in a customer service environment would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
