Liaising between publishing clients and our internal production teams, we’re looking for candidates who will thrive on giving great customer care and have a high level of commitment and attention to detail necessary for working in a fast-paced environment.

Working as part of our friendly team, you will need:

• strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• first class planning and levels of organisation;
• excellent telephone manner and keyboard skills.

Previous experience in a sales / customer service environment is not essential as full training will be given.
